Refund policy

Earrings cannot be returned unless faulty due to hygiene reasons.

Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. They must be returned to me within 14 days of your delivery date.

Items must be returned in an unworn and saleable condition, in their original packaging or equivalent. Please note that any items tampered with will not be eligible for return, even if initially faulty. Once an item has been 'self-repaired,' I can no longer accept it for return. If you have a problem, please email me.

If we make a custom item for you, it cannot be returned.

Please contact me via the contact form or email me at betty@bettyonline.co.uk to arrange a return. Please do not send an item back without contacting me first. As I am a small business, please be aware that it may take up to a week for returns to be processed.
