Shipping Info

I process and ship orders Monday-Friday.

Processing time is 3-5 working days. If an item is already made I'll be able to send sooner. Please remember I make, pack and send all items personally, so it may take a little time. If you have an urgent request please contact me first at via the contact form or email betty@bettyonline.co.uk

Up to £29.99 - £2.50 Royal Mail Tracked 48

£30.00 and over - free

Please note I can not ship to Northern Ireland, any orders placed to NI will be cancelled. 

International

Sorry, I can currently only ship to England, Scotland & Wales.

Timings

I ship orders as fast as I can, usually within 1-2 working days, but please note I am a small business and during busy times it may take me longer. Please contact me at betty@bettyonline.co.uk if you're concerned about the status of your order

Please make sure your address and email address are correct when ordering so I can make sure you get your order and contact you if there is a problem. If you give me the wrong address or an incomplete address I can't be held responsible if your order is delayed.

If your order can't be delivered and your order is returned to me, then I will contact you and you will need to pay an additional shipping fee even if your order was sent free in the first place. I cannot afford to reship for free. 
I do not include an invoice in your order so items can be sent as a gift.
